Step 1: Connect your Google Chromecast to the HDMI port of the TV.
Step 2: Turn on WiFi hotpot (without internet) and connect the Chromecast with the WiFi.
Step 3: Go to Settings on your smartphone.
Step 4: Choose Connecting and sharing option.
Step 5: Select the Cast option.
Step 6: Enable Cast by clicking on the toggle to cast your mobile screen contents to an external monitor (Chromecast connected TV).
Step 7: It will search for the nearby available device.
Step 8: Select your Chromecast device from the search result.
Now your Chromecast TV screen displays the same contents which appear on your mobile screen.
Cast to Chromecast without Internet via Google Home App
Step 1: Turn on WiFi Hotspot ion your mobile device without internet.
Step 2: Connect your Chromecast with mobile WiFi.
Step 3: Install and launch the Google Home app on your primary device.
Step 4: Open the Google Home app and select the WiFi option.
Step 5: Select the same mobile WiFi in which your Chromecast is connected.
Step 6: It will search for the nearest compatible device. Select your Chromecast device from the search result.
Step 7: Four-digit pin will be displayed on the TV screen. Enter the pin into the Google Home app to connect your device with the Chromecast.
Once the device is connected, open the VLC player or any other app on your mobile to stream media files on your Chromecast connected TV screen.
